PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT	NOTE 4 – PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT As of December 31, 2022 and December 31, 2021, the Company had $3,687 and $5,793 in property and equipment, all located at its Bari location in Italy. As of December 31, 2022 all property and equipment and leaseholds at its US locations had been fully depreciated.

The entire disclosure for long-lived, physical asset used in normal conduct of business and not intended for resale. Includes, but is not limited to, work of art, historical treasure, and similar asset classified as collections.
