(1) Does not include $12.0 million of non-cancelable contractual commitments as of December 31, 2024, related to the Company's third-party cloud infrastructure agreement, as the remaining term of the agreement was not in excess of one year. Under the agreement, the Company committed to spend an aggregate of at least $45.0 million between January 2023 and December 2025, with a $12.0 million minimum purchase commitment each year.
