(1) Includes $28.7 million of non-cancelable contractual commitments as of December 31, 2023 related to the Company's third-party cloud infrastructure agreement, under which the Company committed to spend an aggregate of at least $45.0 million between January 2023 and December 2025, with a $12.0 million minimum purchase commitment each year. The Company is required to pay the residual difference if it fails to meet the aggregate minimum purchase commitment by December 2025.
