Subsequent events On July 11, 2022, the Company announced an option exchange program in which eligible service providers may exchange certain outstanding options to purchase up to an aggregate of 7,373,532 shares of the Company’s common stock and certain outstanding SARs covering up to an aggregate of 22,655 shares of the Company’s common stock, whether vested or unvested, with a per share exercise price equal to or greater than $11.13 (collectively the “Eligible Awards”), for RSUs on a one-for-one basis. The offer is anticipated to expire on August 6, 2022.
