INCOME TAXES Income tax expense was $2.0 million and $2.4 million for the three months ended June 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively, and $3.1 million and $5.0 million for the six months ended June 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively. The Company’s effective tax rate was 35.7% and 36.3% for the three months ended June 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively, and 36.0% and 36.5% for the six months ended June 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively.
