INCOME TAXES Income tax expense was $2.4 million and $2.6 million for the three months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively, and $5.0 million and $4.6 million for the six months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively. The Company’s effective tax rate was 36.3% and 35.9% for the three months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively, and 36.5% and 36.0% for the six months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively.

The Company’s effective tax rate was 36.3% and 35.9% for the three months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively, and 36.5% and 36.0% for the six months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively.
