Subsequent Events	16. Subsequent Events Declaration of Dividends On April 16, 2025, we declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.69348 per share to holders of record of the Series A Preferred Stock on July 1, 2025. The dividend will be paid on July 15, 2025. Acquisition of Customer Books In April 2025, we entered into two asset purchase agreements to acquire up to approximately 16,800 RCEs for a cash purchase price of up to a maximum of $1.8 million. These customers will begin transferring in the second quarter of 2025, and are located in our existing markets.
