Subsequent Events	NOTE 26. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 2, 2012, the Company completed its transaction to acquire Delta Solutions and Technologies, Inc. (Delta), for $42.5 million. Delta is a provider of financial management and business services to the federal government. This acquisition expands CACI's presence in the business system solutions and government transformation arenas and complements its 2011 acquisition of the Oracle-based Advanced Programs Group.
