Stockholders' Equity, Reverse Stock Split				On June 5, 2025, the Company obtained the written consent of majority stockholders to grant discretionary authority to the Board of Directors of the Company, at any time or times for a period of 12 months after the date of the written consent, to adopt an amendment to the articles of incorporation to effect a reverse split of the issued and outstanding common stock within a range of 1-for-2,000 to 1-for-20,000				On April 22, 2024, the Board of Directors approved another reverse split of the Company’s issued and outstanding common stock, at a ratio of 1-for-2,000, also contingent upon FINRA approval				On June 12, 2023, the Board of Directors approved a reverse split for the Company’s issued and outstanding common stock, at a ratio of 1 share for every 10,000 shares
