NOTE 14 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 14 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In accordance with ASC 855-10, the Company has analyzed its operations subsequent to the date these financial statements were issued. Conversion of Series C preferred shares to common shares Subsequent to the period ended February 28, 2023, the Company issued total of 184,626,969 common shares for the conversion of 50,230 Series C preferred shares.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
