NOTE 4 – SUBSCRIPTION RECEIVABLE	NOTE 4 – SUBSCRIPTION RECEIVABLE Subscription receivable is cash not yet collected from the stockholders for issuance of common stock. As of August 31, 2022, the subscription receivable balance was $nil. As of August 31, 2021, the subscription receivable of $87,239 represented the receivable balance from the issuance of 3 million Put shares to Peak One Opportunity Fund LP. The amount was subsequently received on September 4, 2021.

The entire disclosure for claims held for amounts due a entity, excluding financing receivables. Examples include, but are not limited to, trade accounts receivables, notes receivables, loans receivables. Includes disclosure for allowance for credit losses.
