NOTE 4 – SUBSCRIPTION RECEIVABLE	NOTE 4 – SUBSCRIPTION RECEIVABLE Subscription receivable is cash not yet collected from the stockholders for issuance of common stock. As of February 28, 2022, the company had $25,300 subscription receivable balance forecast to be collected from 2.3 million Put shares to Peak One Opportunity Fund LP. As of August 31, 2021, the subscription receivable balance of $87,239 was cash to be collected from 3 million Put shares to Peak One Opportunity Fund LP.

The entire disclosure for claims held for amounts due a entity, excluding financing receivables. Examples include, but are not limited to, trade accounts receivables, notes receivables, loans receivables. Includes disclosure for allowance for credit losses.
