Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 18, 2016, CB Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on the Company’s outstanding shares of stock. The dividend of $0.22 per share will be paid on or about June 20, 2016 to stockholders of record on June 10, 2016.
A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is included as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

CB Financial Services, Inc. Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
CARMICHAELS, Pa., May 18, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CB Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ:CBFV), the holding company for Community Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per outstanding share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about June 20, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 10, 2016.
“The first quarter of 2016 yielded solid results for CB Financial Services, Inc. We are pleased to continue the $0.22 per share dividend in the second quarter of 2016,” commented Barron P.
