Common Stock The Company's board of directors and stockholders approved an amendment to its Certificate of Incorporation to effect a 1-for-1.63 reverse split of its capital stock, which was effected on June 19, 2015. All references to common stock, options to purchase common stock, restricted stock, share data, per share data, warrants, convertible preferred stock and related information have been retroactively adjusted where applicable in this report to reflect the reverse stock split of the Company's capital stock as if it had occurred at the beginning of the earliest period presented.
