Warrants	9. Warrants In April 2014, the Company granted warrants to purchase approximately 376,691 warrants to purchase common stock with an exercise price of $2.3229 per common share. The warrants were granted to ROS Acquisition Offshore LP in connection with the Company’s senior secured term loan that has since been repaid and have an expiration date of April 18, 2023. It was determined that the warrants granted are detachable and therefore are a stand-alone component of the senior secured term loan to be fair valued using Level III inputs as a separate derivative. As of December 31, 2017, these warrants remained exercisable for common stock.
