Warrants Under the terms of the Senior Secured Term Loan, the Company granted approximately 376,691 warrants to purchase common stock with an exercise price of $2.3229 per common share, which expire on April 18, 2023. In connection with the IPO in July 2015, these warrants remain exercisable for common stock.
