Related-party transactions	Related‑Party Transactions During the years ended September 30, 2020, 2019 and 2018, the Company reimbursed AEA Investors LP (“AEA”), the Company’s private equity sponsor, for normal and customary expenses incurred by AEA on behalf of the Company. The Company notes that these related-party transactions have not been significant in the years ended September 30, 2020, 2019, and 2018.
