Mr. Berube was required to pay the purchase price for the shares by August 6, 2007.  Mr. Berube paid the purchase price on August 3, 2007.</footnote>

On July 20, 2007, all of the preferred stock held by the Trustee of the Retirement Savings Plan was converted to common stock.
