Subsequent Event	12 – Subsequent Events April 19, 2023, Weatherford Bermuda, the Company and Weatherford Delaware, entered into a Second Supplemental Indenture relating to the 2028 Senior Secured Notes which amended the “Limitation on Restricted Payments” covenant to permit the purchase, repurchase, redemption, defeasance or other acquisition or retirement of the Exit Notes. On April 20, 2023, we announced our intent to redeem the remaining principal of $105 million of our Exit Notes for a redemption price of 102.75% on May 22, 2023, plus accrued and unpaid interest.
