On April 22, 2024, Investar Holding Corporation (the “Company”), the holding company of Investar Bank, National Association (the “Bank”), issued a press release reporting first quarter 2024 results and posted on its website its first quarter 2024 earnings release and investor presentation. The materials contain forward-looking statements regarding the Company and include a cautionary note identifying important factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those anticipated.
