Note 5 - Cash and Restricted Cash	NOTE 5 – CASH AND RESTRICTED CASH As of June 30, 2014 and March 31, 2014, the Company held $1,111,694 and $1,873,141 in cash, respectively. At June 30, 2014, funds were also held in a restricted escrow account of $94,917, with use restricted to certain future listing costs.

NOTE 5 – CASH AND RESTRICTED CASH

As of June 30, 2014 and March 31, 2014, the Company held $1,111,694 and $1,873,141 in cash, respectively. At June 30, 2014, funds were also held in a restricted escrow account of $94,917, with use restricted to certain future listing costs.
