SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Cash Distribution On April 26, 2023, the board of directors of the General Partner approved a cash distribution for the first quarter of 2023 of $0.33 per common unit, payable on May 18, 2023, to eligible unitholders of record at the close of business on May 11, 2023. The distribution consists of a base quarterly distribution of $0.25 per common unit and a variable quarterly distribution of $0.08 per common unit.
