ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 29, 2018, Vectrus Systems Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vectrus, Inc., received notice of a $247,852,066 modification (P00041) to contract W91RUS-13-C-0006 (Operations, Maintenance and Defense of Army Communications in Southwest Asia and Central Asia, also known as OMDAC-SWACA). Work will be based in Kuwait City, Kuwait with additional locations throughout Southwest Asia and an estimated completion date of Feb. 28, 2020. Vectrus had expected this modification.
