Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Declaration of Dividends and Distributions On November 4, 2025, the Board declared an all-cash dividend for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 in the amount of $0.10 per common share and all-cash distribution in the amount of $0.10 per OP Unit. Such amounts are payable on or about January 19, 2026 to shareholders and holders of OP Units of record as of December 31, 2025. Dispositions Subsequent to quarter-end, the Company sold four Office Discontinued Operations Properties totaling approximately 1.0 million square feet for approximately $116.0 million.
