Transactions With Related Parties	Transactions With Related PartiesThe Company purchases inventories from Southern Wall Products, Inc. (“SWP”) on a continuing basis. During the years ended April 30, 2021 and 2020, certain former executive officers and stockholders and certain directors and stockholders of the Company were stockholders of SWP. As of April 30, 2021, these executive officers and directors were no longer with the Company. The Company purchased inventory from SWP for distribution in the amount of $7.3 million and $14.3 million during the years ended April 30, 2021 and 2020, respectively.
