SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 12. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On March 22, 2022, the Company entered into an agreement with Mazak to purchase a new CNC machine for $956,000. A down payment of $286,800 was used to secure the asset. The machine was received on 4/14/2022 and, upon acceptance of the machine, the Company will finance the remaining balance of $669,200.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
