Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On October 29, 2019, Superior Drilling Products, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary financial results and certain operations results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019. The Company also announced an update on the Drill-N-Ream progress in the Middle East. The Company has agreements with three leading oilfield service companies that allow the Company to serve the market in Kuwait and expand throughout the Middle East and North Africa region. A copy of the press release making the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
