Confidential ◼ Evercore Group LLC (“Evercore”) is pleased to provide the materials herein to the Conflicts Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Conflicts Committee”) of GasLog Partners LP (the “Partnership”, “GasLog Partners” or “GLOP”), regarding the non-binding proposal from GasLog Ltd.
