The Company recorded $nil and $389,940 in bad debts in other income(expense) during the years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020. The increase in our allowance for doubtful debts represents unreimbursed excess insurance claims submitted by the Company to the Harbin Medical Insurance Management Center more than two years ago.
