Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On January 17, 2023, Rayonier Advanced Materials Inc. (“RYAM”) issued a press release announcing preliminary, unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended on December 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
