Item 8.01 Other Events.

On August 3, 2023, ViewRay, Inc. (the “Company”) relocated its headquarters to Oakwood Village, Ohio. This decision was made in an effort to streamline operations, reduce costs, and preserve value for the Company’s estates and creditors as part of the Company’s voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
