Subsequent Events	19. Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated the period subsequent to December 31, 2020, for material events that did not exist at the balance sheet date but arose after that date and determined that no additional subsequent events arose that should be disclosed in order to keep the financial statements from being misleading, except as otherwise disclosed herein including with respect to the January 2021 Public Offering of Common Stock. On March 3, 2021, we entered into a sub-lease agreement to lease approximately 12,800 square feet of office space in Denver, Colorado. The sub-lease will commence on September 1, 2021 and will expire October 31, 2024.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
