Anti-Dilutive Securities Excluded from Calculation of Diluted Net Loss Per Share

Since the Company was in a loss position for all periods presented, diluted net loss per common share is the same as basic net loss per common share for all periods presented, because the inclusion of all potential common shares outstanding would have an anti-dilutive effect.
