7.  Stock Repurchase Program

On August 5, 2019, our Board of Directors authorized the repurchase of up to $50 million of shares of our common stock through the period ended December 31, 2020 (the “Common Share Repurchase Program”). As of September 30, 2019, we repurchased a total of 586,387 shares of our common stock for approximately $6.2 million under this program, resulting in $43.8 million of available authorization remaining. Purchases may be made at our discretion in the form of open market repurchase programs, privately negotiated transactions, accelerated share repurchase programs or a combination of these methods. The actual timing and amount of our repurchases will depend on Company and market conditions. We are not obligated to make any common share repurchases under this program.
