INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

On June 30, 2014, Dorian LPG Ltd. (the “Company”) held its 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”).  At the Annual Meeting, the shareholders of the Company (1) elected Nigel D. Widdowson, Thomas J. Coleman and Eric Fabrikant to serve as directors of the Company until the Company’s 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and until their successors are elected and qualified or until their earlier resignation or removal; and (2) ratified the appointment of Deloitte Hadjipavlou Sofianos & Cambanis S.A. as the Company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2015.
