Dorian LPG Announces Date for its 2014 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

STAMFORD, Conn., May 22, 2014--Dorian LPG (NYSE: LPG) ("Dorian LPG" or the "Company"), a liquefied petroleum gas shipping company and a leading owner and operator of modern VLGCs, announced today that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has scheduled the Company's 2014 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") for Monday, June 30, 2014.  The Board has set a record date for the Meeting of June 2, 2014.
