SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On February 6, 2018, the Board of Directors of Moelis & Company declared a special dividend of $1.50 per share in addition to a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share. The $1.97 per share will be paid on March 7, 2018 to Class A common stockholders of record on February 20, 2018.
