Amount represents the amortization of unrecognized actuarial gains/(losses).
As previously disclosed with regard to the Company’s participation in a multi-employer pension plan, the Company notified the plan trustees of its withdrawal from such plan in fiscal 2012. The actuarial review process, which is administered by the plan trustees, was completed during the third quarter of fiscal 2015. The liability reported reflects the present value of the Company's expected future long-term obligations. The estimated discounted value of the projected contributions related to these plans is $39.1 million as of December 31, 2016 and $39.3 million as of June 30, 2016 and is included within pension liability on the consolidated balance sheets. The annual cash impact associated with the Company's obligation in the multi-employer pension plan approximates $1.7 million per year.
