(1) As noted above, the operating lease for the Second Expansion Premises will commence in fiscal year 2020 and therefore the lease related to the Second Expansion Premises is not recognized on the balance sheet as of December 31, 2019. As of December 31, 2019, future minimum lease payments related to the Second Expansion Premises are expected to be $8.2 million over the lease term of 7.0 years.
