13. Related Party Transactions

During the year ended December 31, 2021, the Company entered into a consulting agreement with an entity controlled by one of its directors. The agreement provides for an annual retainer of $110; the Company recognized expense in connection with the consulting agreement in the amount of $27 and $54, respectively, for the three and six months ended June 30, 2022.

The Company recognized expense in connection with the consulting agreement in the amount of $14 and $14, respectively, for the three and six months ended June 30, 2021.

During the three months ended June 30, 2022, the Company entered into a consulting agreement with one of its directors. The Company recognized expense of $1 in connection with this consulting agreement.
