NOTE 7 - CONVERTIBLE PROMISSORY NOTES	NOTE 7 – CONVERTIBLE PROMISSORY NOTES During the fourth quarter of 2014, we entered into three convertible promissory notes (the “Notes”) totaling $375,000. Proceeds from the Notes were used primarily to pay for the Brand Participation Fee discussed in Note 5. The Notes were converted into 375,000 shares of Company common stock in conjunction with the Stock Placement discussed in Note 6.
