NOTE 2. PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT

Property and equipment consist of the following (in thousands):

Gaming equipment and other property and equipment are depreciated over the respective useful lives of the assets ranging from one to five years. Depreciation expense was $9.4 million and $10.1 million for the three months ended March 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
