This Post-Effective Amendment (“PEA”) No. 28 to the Alpha Architect ETF Trust (the “Trust”) Registration Statement on Form N-1A hereby incorporates Parts A, B and C from the Trust’s PEA No. 27 on Form N-1A filed February 4, 2020. This PEA No. 28 is filed for the sole purpose of submitting the XBRL exhibits for the risk return summary first provided in PEA No. 27 to the Trust’s Registration Statement for its series Alpha Architect U.S. Quantitative Value ETF, Alpha Architect International Quantitative Value ETF, Alpha Architect U.S. Quantitative Momentum ETF, Alpha Architect International Quantitative Momentum ETF and Alpha Architect Value Momentum Trend ETF.
