BASIS OF PRESENTATION	NOTE 2 – BASIS OF PRESENTATION The accompanying consolidated financial statements and related notes have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (U.S. GAAP) and with the rules and regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for financial information. The Company’s consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries. These accounts were prepared under the accrual basis of accounting. All intercompany accounts and transactions have been eliminated in consolidation.

The entire disclosure for the basis of accounting, or basis of presentation, used to prepare the financial statements (for example, US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Other Comprehensive Basis of Accounting, IFRS).
