TCTM Announces Ticker Symbol Change

 

BEIJING, April 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- TCTM Kids IT Education Inc. (NASDAQ: TCTM) (“TCTM” or the “Company”), a leading provider of IT-focused supplementary STEM education services in China, today announced that it will change the ticker symbol of its American depositary shares (“ADSs”) listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market from “TCTM” to “VSA.” The ADSs will commence trading under the new ticker symbol at the market opening on April 7, 2025.

 

No action is required by the Company’s shareholders with respect to the ticker symbol change, as its respective CUSIP number will remain unchanged.
