Note 2. Earnings per Share
 
Earnings per share are based upon the weighted-average shares outstanding. ESOP shares, which have been committed to be released, are considered outstanding. Unvested restricted stock awards that contain non-forfeitable rights to dividends are participating securities and are included in the EPS computation using the two-class method.
