Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 26, 2022, Cheryl de Mesa Graziano, resigned from Party City Holdco Inc. (the “Company”) as its Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer, effective October 14, 2022. Todd Vogensen, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed to replace her as Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of the Company, in addition to his other roles and responsibilities.
