a.Series B Preferred Units

As of September 30, 2020 and December 31, 2019, there were 60,047,665 and 59,599,550 Series B Preferred Units issued and outstanding, respectively.

On February 13, 2019, ENLK paid $0.39 per ENLK common unit related to the fourth quarter of 2018.
