William Corbett

An option expense for options still vesting for Mr. Corbett was $22,196 and $66,587 for the three months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively and $155,369 and $199,760 for the nine months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively.

Richard Rosenblum

An option expense for options still vesting for Mr. Rosenblum was $9,292 and $27,879 for the three months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively and $65,047 and $83,636 for the nine months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively.
