Subsequent Event	(17) Subsequent Event On April 8, 2020, we experienced pipeline damage to one of our rich gas gathering systems in the Ark-La-Tex Basin of our gathering and processing segment. We have ceased operation of this system and are in process of abandoning it in-place. We expect to recognize a loss on retirement of approximately $20 million during the second quarter of 2020. Other than recognition of the non-cash loss on retirement, we do not anticipate a material impact to our financial position, results of operations or cash flows related to the abandonment of this system.
